Maathruthva ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, mobile number and, if you sign in with Google, your email address.
- Order details: items ordered, delivery addresses, order status and order history.
- Messages you send us: your name, contact details and message when you use the contact form, and any review you write.
- Technical data stored in your browser: your cart and sign-in session, so the site works as you move between pages.
What we do not store
We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider, Razorpay, on its own secure payment window.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and sign you in securely.
- To process, deliver and support your orders, including sending order confirmations and status updates by email or WhatsApp.
- To respond to your questions and reviews.
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud or misuse.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the store, and only what they need to do so:
- Razorpay to take payments.
- Google Firebase to provide sign-in and to store accounts, addresses and orders.
- Email and WhatsApp messaging providers, to send you order updates.
- Delivery partners, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, handle returns and meet legal and accounting requirements.
Your choices
You can view and update your name and delivery addresses in My Account. To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your account, use the Contact Us form on our homepage and we will get back to you.
Security
Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to customer data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in details private.
Children
Our products are for babies and toddlers, but our website is intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
