This policy explains how we ship Maathruthva products and what to expect after you place an order.
Where we deliver
We currently ship to delivery addresses within India. Please enter your complete address and a 6-digit pincode at checkout so that your order reaches you without delay.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹999.
The shipping charge is shown in your order summary before you pay.
Delivery time
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times can vary with your location and courier conditions.
Tracking your order
You can see the status of your order (confirmed, dispatched, delivered) at any time in My Orders. We also send an email or WhatsApp message when your order is dispatched and when it is delivered, using the contact details you provided.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, please follow the steps in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
